The Premier League makes its long-awaited return Wednesday with a big-time encounter as Manchester City welcomes Arsenal to the Etihad. Aston Villa vs. Sheffield United kicks off the league's return earlier in the day. These two teams were supposed to play in March, but the match was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The league has been paused for more than three months but returns Wednesday with a two-game slate that also features Aston Villa vs. Sheffield United.

Managers of both City and Arsenal, who are close friends, have been greatly impacted by the virus. Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta tested positive for COVID-19 in March and has since recovered, while City boss Pep Guardiola's mother passed away in April after contracting the virus.

Man City: This is a match where City should dominate possession and potentially the game.
