Cristiano Ronaldo gave up one of his Ballon d'Or replicas, but it wasn't because of anything bad he did. The Real Madrid and Portugal superstar donated one of the awards to charity, and it raised $705,120 for Make-A-Wish, according to Marca

The award was purchased by Idan Ofer, the richest man in Israel, and the funds will go straight to the foundation to help make memories for kids who are sick.

When a player wins the award, they get the original and a replica is also provided that sometimes goes to the club. This specific replica is from his 2013 win. Ronaldo won the award last year and has four of them, just one shy of Lionel Mess.
