Group C at Euro 2016 is done, and Germany have won it. The group concluded play on Tuesday, with Germany beating Northern Ireland 1-0 and Poland edged Ukraine by the same scoreline. Here's what to know ahead of the next round.

Runners-up: Poland (7 points)

Third place: Northern Ireland (3 points)

Bottom dwellers: Ukraine (0 points)

Moving on: Germany are through with seven points after their 1-0 win in the last group stage match. Though it hasn't been very convincing, the Germans have put themselves in a good spot and looked dangerous with Mario Gomez in attack. Poland's narrow win over lowly Ukraine saw them finish in second, which means a spot in the next round.

What's next: Germany will play on June 26 against at third place team yet to be determined. Poland plays Switzerland on June 25 at 9 a.m. ET in the Round of 16.
