LOOK: MLS playoff game delayed due to paint error by groundskeepers

The start of Tuesday's first leg of the MLS Eastern Conference final between the Montreal Impact and Toronto FC was delayed approximately 38 minutes because of a technical error on the field. The game could not start on time, not because of weather or some crazy flares being thrown, but because the penalty box was painted incorrectly. No, I'm serious.

The penalty box was too small and did not meet the regulation size. It was about four yards too narrow, two yards on each side. So spray paint was put over the lines and a new line was put on the field so the teams could get playing. Take a look.

Now I've seen it all.
