Zlatan Ibrahimovic's time at Manchester United looks to be over. The Premier League released the list of players retained by their clubs, and the big Swedish star is not on the list.
Moments later, the league released those who were not retained, and there his name was.
Previously, there had been reports that he could be headed to MLS, possibly to land with the L.A. Galaxy. There will surely be no shortage of clubs looking for his signature, assuming he is healthy. And one option is MLS, where Ibra has been linked with a move for a while now. Potential landing spots include Los Angeles FC and potential Miami franchise in addition to the Galaxy.
Manchester United has not officially confirmed his departure from the club, but back in November it did confirm that his one-year option for 2017-18 would be picked up.

The 35-year-old was dominant in his first season with United, scoring 28 goals in 46 matches, but his campaign was cut short in April due to a serious right knee injury.
