Panama vs. USA goal highlights: Pulisic magic sets up Dempsey for crucial opener

The United States struck first on Tuesday in its World Cup qualifier at Panama, and it was the two stars from Friday making an impact yet again.

Christian Pulisic and Clint Dempsey, who dominated in the 6-0 win over Honduras last week, connected late in the first half when the young midfielder showed off his speed, skill and strength to fight off defenders and set Dempsey up with an easy shot in front of goal. Take a look:

That was lovely and all Pulisic. He is so creative and plays beyond his years, and he made another massive impact.

But that 1-0 lead was short lived as Panama scored moments later to make it 1-1. Sorry for the buzz kill, USMNT fans.
