Real Madrid, Ronaldo are coming to the United States to face MLS All-Stars

We knew reigning Champions League winner Real Madrid was coming to America this summer, but now we know another opponent. Just days after playing Barcelona in Miami, Real will head to Chicago, Illinois to face the MLS All Stars in the 2017 MLS All-Star Game at Soldier Field.

The MLS All-Star Game has featured a foreign team every year since 2005, with Real playing in it for the first time. Previous opponents are clubs such as Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham.

The MLS team is 7-5 in the game against European competition, and this figures to be one of the toughest tests yet. Real is in first place in La Liga at the moment and still alive in the Champions League, where it won 2-1 at Bayern Munich midweek.
