Grand Slam season may be over, but one person earned quite a grand prize by continuing to follow tennis. An unnamed bettor turned $28.60 into $486,021.92 by nailing a 10-match parlay, according to Action Network's Darren Rovell.
The shocking return came via multiple events, and it wasn't just picking the winners.
The bettor correctly predicted the exact score for some of the matches -- including Qinwen Zheng winning two out of three sets against Barbora Krejcikova in the Zhengzhou Open final on Oct. 15. The bettor might have been sweating a little bit because Krejcikova actually won the first set, 6-2, but Zheng came back and contributed to the huge pay day.
A tennis bettor at @DKSportsbook bet $28.60 on this 10-match parlay, which included six set predictions and six matches from tournament qualifiers in Stockholm and Tokyo.

The total winning odds came in at +1699377 with an implied probability of .01%. Per Rovell, the DraftKings public relations department confirmed the lucky bettor has been able to cash the ticket.
This bet made for one of the most unlikely winners from this year. Other impressive bets of late include a $15 wager on a four-leg NFL parlay that turned into $68,186 this past Sunday, as reported by the New York Post.
