Clippers' Kawhi Leonard: Confirmed out for Game 5
Coach Tyronn Lue said Tuesday that Leonard (knee) will not play in Game 5 versus the Mavericks on Wednesday, NBA writer Marc Stein reports.
Lue made this announcement shortly after saying Leonard wouldn't be doing anything at all during Tuesday's practice. Leonard clearly didn't have much mobility in Games 2 and 3, and it's unclear when he'll be able to return. Based on previous reports, the Clippers will need to see Leonard's knee inflammation improve before giving him the green light.

Clippers' Kawhi Leonard: Won't practice Tuesday
Coach Tyronn Lue said Leonard (knee) will not do anything at practice Tuesday, Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports.
After sitting out Game 1 due to inflammation in his right knee, Leonard played in Games 2 and 3, but he looked like a shell of himself with limited mobility. Leonard was held out of Game 4 on Sunday, and it would be a big surprise if he could play Wednesday based on how the forward is trending. If Leonard is indeed held out, Amir Coffey would be a candidate to see an increased role.

Clippers' Norman Powell: Provides spark off bench in Game 4
Powell racked up 11 points (4-8 FG, 3-5 3Pt) and one steal across 32 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 win over the Mavericks in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Powell provided Los Angeles with a spark off the bench while leading all bench players in Sunday's contest in scoring and threes made in a double-digit performance in Game 4. Powell has connected on at least three threes with 10 or more points in two postseason games thus far, something that will be valuable the rest of the series for the Clippers if he is able to replicate the performance he put forth in Game 4.

Clippers' Paul George: Lifts offensively in Game 4 victory
George recorded 33 points (11-19 FG, 7-10 3Pt, 4-7 FT), six rebounds, eight assists, one block and four steals across 43 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 win over the Mavericks in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
George led all players in Sunday's contest in threes made while ending with a team-high-tying point total and leading all Clippers players in assists and steals to help Los Angeles get a much-needed win to even the series with Dallas entering Game 5. George's point and assist totals were his highest of the series thus far, and he's tallied at least 20 points in three straight games. George and James Harden will need to continue to lead the Clippers as they attempt to take a series lead in Game 5 in Los Angeles.

Clippers' James Harden: All-around outing in Game 4 win
Harden produced 33 points (12-17 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), six rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal in 40 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 victory over Dallas in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Harden stepped up alongside teammate Paul George to lift Los Angeles to a much-needed win in Game 4 to even the series at 2-2 entering Game 5. Harden posted a team-high-tying point total while connecting on a quartet of threes in a balanced showing. Harden reached the 30-point mark for the first time of the series, also logging his highest rebound total of the postseason thus far.

Clippers' Amir Coffey: Will start sans Leonard
Coffey will start Sunday's Game 4 against Dallas, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports.
With Kawhi Leonard (knee) sidelined, Coffey drew a start in Game 1 and posted six points and three rebounds in 25 minutes. He moved back to the bench for Games 2 and 3, but Leonard has been shut down again after a pair of subpar performances. Across 13 regular-season starts, Coffey averaged 11.8 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 28.8 minutes per game.

Clippers' Kawhi Leonard: Out for Game 4
Leonard (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's Game 4 against the Mavericks, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports.
Due to inflammation in his surgically repaired right knee, Leonard missed the Clippers' Game 1 win, which allowed Amir Coffey to draw a start. The superstar returned for Game 2 and posted 15 points (7-17 FG), seven rebounds and four steals in 35 minutes during the loss. He played only 25 minutes during the Clippers' Game 3 loss and finished with nine points (4-7 FG) and nine rebounds. Clippers president Lawrence Frank said shutting Leonard down for Game 4 was a move the organization made to ensure Leonard's future health, according to Brad Townsend of The Dallas Morning News. Leonard will continue to be evaluated on a game-by-game basis, but it wouldn't be surprising if he ended up missing the rest of the first-round series.
