  • Seahawks' Mike Morris: Past shoulder injury

Morris (shoulder) was spotted working out during Wednesday's mandatory minicamp session, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Morris sustained a season-ending shoulder injury early in Seattle's 2023 campaign, but with his participation in the Seahawks' minicamp, it seems he's past the issue. The 2023 fifth-round pick out of Michigan tallied three total tackles in his one appearance last season, and he's expected to compete for another depth role on the Seahawks' defensive line as the offseason progresses.

  • Seahawks' Anthony Bradford: Back at minicamp

Bradford (ankle) was spotted doing individual and position drills during Wednesday's mandatory minicamp session, Corbin K. Smith of Sports Illustrated reports.

Bradford tweaked his ankle during Seattle's OTAs just a couple of weeks ago, but it seems as if he's already moved past the issue. The 23-year-old offensive lineman made 10 starts during his rookie campaign, playing a total of 661 offensive snaps. Now that Bradford has returned to full health, he's expected to start at right guard in 2024.

  • Seahawks' Jarran Reed: Past knee issue

Reed (knee) was spotted working out during Wednesday's mandatory minicamp session, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

The eight-year veteran missed the Seahawks' 2023 season finale due to a knee issue, but it now seems as if he's moved past his injury. Reed produced at a high level in the 16 games he appeared in last season, recording 54 total tackles, including 7.0 sacks, while also defending two passes. Now that Reed is back at full health, he's expected to remain one of Seattle's top interior defensive linemen in 2024.

  • Seahawks' Jaxon Smith-Njigba: Exits practice with shoulder injury

Smith-Njigba left Wednesday's practice early with a shoulder injury that coach Mike Macdonald doesn't consider serious, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Macdonald canceled the last day of minicamp (Thursday) to reward his players for a good offseason, so Smith-Njigba's next opportunity to practice will be at the start of training camp in late July. It sounds like the Seahawks expect him to be healthy before then, but we may not have confirmation for a while with players and teams going their separate ways during the league's summer break.

  • Seahawks' Buddha Jones: Back on IR

Jones (undisclosed) reverted to Seattle's injured reserve list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

After being waived by the Seahawks with an injury designation just two days ago, Jones will stick around in the organization. The nature and severity of Jones' injury are still unknown, but the undrafted rookie out of Troy will need to reach an injury settlement with Seattle in order to have a chance to suit up this season.
