Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather gave the world a show a month ago, but for the first time in over two years, a true boxing superfight is coming to the forefront. Gennady Golovkin and Canelo Alvarez are set to duke it out in Las Vegas to compete in one of the best pure matchups boxing has to offer. Two power punchers with similar frames will be squaring off on Saturday to achieve boxing supremacy.

Golovkin is coming in 37-0 with 33 wins by knockout, whereas Alvarez is 49-1-1 with 34 wins by KO. As of now, Golovkin is listed as the favorite heading into Saturday's bout, but just slightly. This fight also has the unique twist of donating part of its proceeds to efforts to help Texas and Florida recover from Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
