Jakubauskas pitched one season each for the Mariners, Pirates and Orioles, compiling an 8-10 record with a 5.58 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 99 strikeouts in 166 career innings. He pitched for two Triple-A clubs last season, posting a 3.58 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 25:12 K:BB ratio in 27 2/3 innings.
