To make room for Roycroft on the 40-man roster, they transferred OF/IF Tommy Edman to the 60-day Injured List.

Bernie Miklasz@miklasz22H agoCardinals are 6-9 at home this season. This includes 3-3 vs. the Marlins & White Sox who are 14-49 in games against other opponents. St. Louis has a .427 home winning pct since start of last season which ranks 27th in MLB.

Bernie Miklasz@miklasz23H agoThe Cardinals franchise was in a bad spot when DeWitt bought it. He did a great job of putting together a successful operation for one of the greatest eras of Cardinals baseball. But franchise leadership let the system/product go stale. And now it’s rotting. Sad.
