    Analysis: Adam Comrie's making the opening day roster was an unlikely scenario from the start. In fact, he got a much longer look than many may have expected, being among one of the last groups to get reassigned.
  • Panthers Place Comrie On Waivers

    News: The Panthers have placed Adam Comrie on $100 (release/buyout) waivers, Bob McKenzie of TSN reports.
    Analysis: The former third round pick has been with the Cincinnati Cyclones of the East Coast Hockey League the past two seasons. So far this year he has six points (3G, 3A) in four games with the Cyclones. The 21-year-old has plenty of time to get better but it is highly unlikely that he plays in the NHL any time soon.
