Brewers relief pitcher Francisco Rodriguez was arrested in September for an incident related to domestic violence, CBSSports.com's Jon Heyman has confirmed. The news was first reported by CBS 58 in Milwaukee.
The arrest happened at Rodriguez's home on Sept. 17 and the incident involved his girlfriend.
No charges have been filed to this point, but the Waukesha County District Attorney told CBS 58 that he is still reviewing the case.
Rodriguez was also arrested in 2010 for allegedly assaulting the father of his girlfriend after a Mets' loss.
Rodriguez, 30, had a 4.38 ERA in 78 appearances for the Brewers this season. He will be a free agent this coming offseason.
