| Francis headed to Triple-A: The Cincinnati Enquirer reports Reds general manager Walt Jocketty said Sunday that starting pitcher Jeff Francis will open the year as a starter at Triple-A Louisville. Jocketty added that Francis might join the bullpen down the road. (Updated 04/01/2012) |

| Francis posted a 6.65 ERA this spring and didn't really impress the Reds brass. The team is willing to give him more time to showcase his skills, but he will have to do it in the minors. Injuries have derailed Francis' career and he's not worth owning in Fantasy. (Updated 04/01/2012). |
