    It as just the ninth appearance of the season for Enroth, as Jonathan Quick continues to take on a monstrous workload. The former Sabre was excellent Sunday and rebounded after giving up nine goals in his previous two outings. Enrith doesn't play much, but with a .931 save percentage on the season, the 27-year-old makes for a solid spot start on a talented Kings team whenever he gets the nod.

    Regular goaltender Jonathan Quick will give way to Enroth on Sunday after giving up three goals a piece in back-to-back losses. Enroth will square off against a San Jose team that sits fourth in the league with 2.87 goals per game.

    It was a rare start for Enroth, as he made his first appearance in over two weeks, but it ended as his second straight appearance allowing at least four goals. The 27-year-old won his first three starts of the year but has lost four straight since then and doesn't get called upon often.

    Enroth will look to earn his fourth win of the season Monday. The 27-year-old Swede's last win came against the Islanders on Nov. 12. He faces a tough challenge against an Avalanche squad that scores an average of 2.79 goals per game, the seventh-best rate in the league.

The 27-year-old has has struggled of late, however, allowing 10 goals during a three game losing steak. The Avalanche will look to pepper the netminder with shots, averaging over 30 per contest.
