  • October 27, 2014: Capitals' Peters Stops 30 Shots In Loss
Peters stopped 30 of the 33 shots he faced in Sunday's loss to the Canucks. It was a great outing from Peters, who falls to 1-1-1 on the season with an impressive 2.01 GAA. Braden Holtby may be the starting goalie in Washington, but Peters can be counted on when he's called upon. The 28-year-old is a reliable backup goaltender who should play around 20 games this season.
