Kaleta left Monday's loss to Ottawa late in the game with what's thought it be a right leg injury, The Buffalo News reports.Kaleta's rough and tumble style often gets him injured, but coach Ted Nolan doesn't believe this one is serious and thinks his grinder might be available for Wednesday's game against Tampa Bay. Kaleta did log five penalty minutes and a blocked shot before departing.

Kaleta will play Tuesday against the Red Wings, Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News reports.Kaleta left in the first period of the Sabres' Saturday match up against the Avalanche with some kind of illness, and was unable to play Sunday against the Bruins. Luckily for the Sabres, however, Kaleta has tested negative for the mumps. Kaleta will likely resume his role at right wing on the team's fourth line upon his return.
