He'll head down to Rochester of the AHL and fantasy owners will have to pick up their penalty minutes elsewhere.

Kaleta's final appeal over his 10-game suspension for a hit to the head of Columbus' Jack Johnson has been denied, according to Bille Hoppe of the Olean Times Herald.Kaleta has already served six games, so he has four more to go. The Sabres will be lacking some edge to their bottom lines for the next stretch, with both Kaleta and John Scott out on suspension, though they did activate Cody McCormick this week from injured reserve.
