Mexico continues its preparation for World Cup Qualifying in March when it plays Iceland on Wednesday in a friendly. Here's what to know.

When: Wednesday at 10:06 p.m. ET
Where: Las Vegas, Nevada
TV: Univision Deportes
Stream: Univision Now

What's at stake: A chance to build momentum and for coach Juan Carlos Osorio to get a good look at his Mexico-based players, including young guns Jurgen Damm, Erick Gutierrez and Angel Zaldivar. For Iceland, it's a chance to get some young players minutes.

Player to watch: Damm. Of German heritage, the winger plays for Liga MX champs Tigres and is quick and skilled on the ball. He has the potential to be a star.

Prediction: Mexico will have the majority of the fan support and Iceland is bringing an inexperienced team with just one player having over 10 caps and 14 having three caps or less. Expect Gio Dos Santos and Damm to have their way. Mexico 4, Iceland 0.
