Christian Pulisic may have some American company at his club before too long.

Arsenal midfielder and U.S. under-23 international Gedion Zelalem is a target for Borussia Dortmund, according to ESPNFC.

The talented 19-year-old joined Arsenal in 2013 and has since spent a season on loan at Rangers. He made his debut for Arsenal in January 2014 at the age of 16 but has found playing time hard to come by. Born in Germany, Zelalem could make the move over to Dortmund this year.

The report says Dortmund is familiar with the player and is monitoring his situation as his contract expires at the end of the season.

If he doesn't resign, Dortmund could nab him on a free transfer. At Dortmund, he would be at one of the world's best clubs at developing young talent and should be able to at least put himself into the conversation for playing time, as 18-year-old Pulisic has done so well.
