Chelsea goes across London to face West Ham on Monday in a delightful Premier League showdown. Here’s how to watch and what to know.

When: Monday at 3 p.m. ET
Where: Olympic Stadium, London
TV: NBCSN
Stream: NBC Sports Live and FuboTV

What’s at stake: Three big points in the Premier League, which would greatly help either team. Chelsea enters the match in first place with 63 points and can move back to 10 points clear of second-place Tottenham with a win. As for the Hammers, they are 11th with 33 points but would jump to nine with a win, boosting their chances of contending for a Europa League spot.

Player to watch: Chelsea’s Diego Costa, who has 16 goals this season in the league, four more than he had last season. He is strong on the ball and clinical in front of goal. If West Ham isn’t sharp at the back, he’ll have a field day.

Form:

West Ham: DDWLW
Chelsea: WWDWD

Last meeting: West Ham beat Chelsea 2-1 in the EFL Cup in October.

Odds:

West Ham 21/4 to win
13/4 to draw
Chelsea 8/13 to win

Prediction: Chelsea is winnning 77 percent of its matches this season in league and has been by far the Premier League’s top club. West Ham hasn’t done much to prove it can get three points here, as it has been inconsistent all season long. The Blues squeak one out. Chelsea 2, West Ham 1.
