USMNT star Christian Pulisic has not ruled out a move to the Premier League or MLS in the future. In a Facebook live chat, Pulisic discussed his future when asked by a fan.

The 18-year-old Borussia Dortmund man has become a key player with the German giants and has received interest from various European clubs. His team recently stated that interest from Liverpool was a waste of time for the English club.

But still, that didn't stop him from discussing what could be next for him.

"I think with soccer you never really know what's going to happen in your career -- I think that's the beauty of it -- but right now I'm with Dortmund and I'm very happy," he said.

"I'm earning my spot and working hard in that team, so that's my answer."

And while big-time clubs in Europe will be tracking him, he has even thought about further along in his career and the possibility of joining MLS.

"Yeah, it's actually something I've thought about. Of course it was always my dream to play soccer in Europe and that's what I've been doing but one day I'd love to come back to the U.S," he said.

"I'm hoping that the sport continues to grow. I guess I would love to be home and play soccer. It'd be amazing."

Having Pulisic in MLS would be great for the league, but that likely won't happen anytime soon. The level is still light years behind top-flight European soccer, but it is improving and expanding. If Pulisic goes to MLS, it likely won't be until the tail-end of his career or if for some reason things don't go well for him in Europe. But the fact that he is open to a move in the future is a reason for MLS fans to be excited.
