Lavoie was reassigned to AHL Bakersfield on Sunday.
Lavoie had two PIM, one shot on goal and one hit in his lone appearance during his time with the big club. The 23-year-old was reassigned since Evander Kane was able to play Sunday versus the Ducks after missing a game with a lower-body injury.
