What to watch for each team:

UCLA: The Bruins are the nation’s only team (besides Gonzaga) that has beaten every team on their schedule at least once. They beat both the SEC champs (Kentucky) and the Pac-12 champs (Arizona) on the road, thanks mostly to Lonzo Ball. The freshman point guard is averaging 14.6 points, 7.7 assists and 6.1 rebounds. UCLA has only lost once to a team currently ranked outside of the top 10 of the AP poll.

Kent State: The Golden Flashes finished fourth in the MAC East, four games behind Akron. But they somehow won three games as underdogs in the MAC Tournament to take the title and that league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Incredible story. Jimmy Hall is the top player, averaging 18.9 points and 10.5 rebounds.
