PITTSBURGH (AP) Isiaha Mike tied his career best with 17 points and hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 17 seconds left to lift Duquesne over Central Connecticut 70-67 on Saturday.

Tied at halftime, Mike dunked, then made a layup and the Dukes led 59-58 with 6:30 left, but CCSU scored seven straight and led 63-59 on Tidell Pierre's layup. Duquesne closed to 67-65 on Emile Blackman's layup then led 68-67 on Mike's 3-pointer. CCSU's Mustafa Jones missed a jumper with three seconds to go and Blackman iced it with two free throws.

Freshman Mike Lewis II scored 17 points and made a season-high three steals, Blackman finished with 11 points, and the Dukes (5-6) held the Blue Devils to 41.7 percent shooting from the floor.

Jones' jumper put Central Connecticut up 27-24 with 48 seconds left in the first half, but Lewis hit a 3 on the next possession to tie it at 27 at halftime.

Pierre scored a career-high 21 points for CCSU (2-6).
