Alabama is the last unbeaten in the SEC after another dominant performance against Texas A&M in Tuscaloosa on Saturday. While the Tide continue their stroll towards Atlanta, the other program in the state is making big strides towards closing down the gap at the top of the rankings.

Auburn ran all over Arkansas on Saturday during a 56-3 victory that proved that the Tigers' recent improvement was not just a product of playing inferior opponents. With the way Auburn is playing, the Iron Bowl looks like it will be a significant test for the Tide, and potentially the game that decides the SEC West race.

AlabamaLSU and Auburn are the two toughest remaining games and the Tide will be more than two-touchdown favorites against both. This team is borderline unfair. 1
Auburn56-3! That is a beatdown. Poor Arkansas got roasted on the Plains by the Tigers' ground game. If Auburn's offense is legit, and all signs point to that being the case, this is the toughest competition for Alabama. 4
Texas A&MThe Aggies had a second half lead on Alabama! That's about as much positive as you can take away from that game. The offense just could not do a thing against the Alabama defense, which is what the Tide do to most everyone, so it's not really that bad. This still might end up being the second best team in the conference and headed to a New Year's Six bowl. 2
LSUCoach O has the boys in Baton Rouge ballin' right now. Leonard Fournette came back and appears to be 100 percent after rushing for 284 yards on Ole Miss. It's funny how Auburn and LSU, who played in a hideous football game earlier this season, are now two of the most fun teams in the conference and have the best chances to take out Bama.

FloridaWe're apparently doing this again, where Florida sneaks around and wins the East behind a great defense and an offense that isn't good, but avoids shooting itself in the foot too many times. They get Georgia in the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party in Jacksonville on Saturday, which shouldn't be a hard game to win but because this is the SEC East, it will be incredibly close. 6
TennesseeI really wish Tennessee was healthy when it played Texas A&M and Alabama, but alas, the Vols have been depleted by the injury bug. The past week off hopefully got those still active ready for the stretch run where the Vols have five winnable games that could still get them to Atlanta. 8
ArkansasIt was a steep fall for the Hogs this week, but that'll happen when you lose by 53. Mercifully. they have a week off to rest up after eight straight weeks of games. 3
Ole MissThings are going the wrong direction for the Rebels. A close loss to Arkansas gets followed up by Fournette running all over them and now they are sub-.500. Things don't get easier this week with a hot Auburn team coming into Oxford. 5
KentuckyShhhhh, don't look now but Kentucky is two wins away from bowl eligibility with Austin Peay on the schedule still. A win at Missouri this week -- very possible -- and the 'Cats should be bowling. 9
VanderbiltIt was harder than it should've been, but the 'Dores got back to .500 with a win over Tennessee Tech on Saturday. They have a week off before a tough closing stretch needing two wins against Auburn, Missouri, Ole Miss and Tennessee to reach a bowl game. 10
GeorgiaGeorgia moves up on a bye week. Not playing means not losing and in the bottom of the SEC that's a better outcome than usual. A win against Florida this week would make the people in Athens much happier with Kirby Smart no matter how the Dawgs finish the rest of the season. 12
Mississippi StateYou lost to Kentucky, Bulldogs. The post-Dak dropoff has not been fun for the cowbell-ringing faithful in Starkville. Samford's in town this week, though, so that should be a win! 11
South CarolinaThe Gamecocks won and you can't take that away from them. I don't care that it was against UMass and they gave up 14 fourth quarter points to almost blow it. A win is a win and for this week, that moves them out of the cellar. 14
MissouriLosing to Middle Tennessee State on homecoming will earn you the bottom spot in the Power Rankings 10 times out of 10. Kentucky in town this week as a tune up for the showdown of the century in two weeks between the Tigers and the Gamecocks to lock down the bottom spot in the rankings for the rest of the season. 13
