I don't care what your favorite part of football is because, at the base of the sport, the reason anybody wants to play is the chance to hit somebody without repercussion.

On Sunday, Ohio State coach Urban Meyer gave some women the chance to do just that.

The coach hosted the school's annual women's clinic -- in which female Ohio State fans are privy to instructional presentations on offense, defense and special teams -- over the weekend. And like I said, as fun as all of that can be, nothing beats the chance to actually lineup and hit somebody.

That is why Meyer had his star linebacker, Raekwon McMillan, serve as a tackling dummy. And man, did he take a hit.

McMillan received quite a bit of grief on Twitter about it, as you'd imagine, but from one tackler to another, he knows the woman who took him out has what it takes.
