Bryan Price takes pounding on Thursday, demotion on Friday

Indians right-hander Bryan Price got mashed on Thursday and demoted on Friday. He gave up three hits and two earned runs in 1 1/3 innings against Kansas City. That turned out to be a precursor to a trip to Triple-A Columbus.
