    Bulls guard Derrick Rose sustained a left orbital fracture in Tuesday's practice and will undergo surgery Wednesday, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports. Rose took an elbow to the face Tuesday, yet another in a line of bad breaks for the point guard. His recovery timet won't be determined until the procedure is performed, but Rose's availability for opening night (Oct. 27 against the Cavaliers) is now in question. While Rose is out, Aaron Brooks will man the point for the Bulls.
