The Dean & Deluca Invitational is this weekend which feels as weird to type as it is to say. Colonial, as it is more commonly known, is one of the stalwarts on a PGA Tour schedule that now spans the globe. It has been around since just after World War II and is not going anywhere anytime soon.

The field this week is obviously headlined by Jordan Spieth, but doesn't have a ton of other star power. That's fine by me as the course can remain the star of the event.

Let's go Inside the Numbers of the Dean & Deluca Invitational.

1 -- Golfer has won back to back Dean & Deluca Invitationals (Ben Hogan who did it twice in 1947 and 1953). Chris Kirk will go for it this year.

0 -- Wins in Texas for Jordan Spieth who only needs one more win to surpass Tiger Woods as the PGA Tour player with the most wins before turning 22 since World War II.

4 -- Texas tournaments on the PGA Tour schedule, and the only golfer to win all of them in his career is Adam Scott.

0 -- No other PGA Tour events have been played at the same course for longer than the Dean & Deluca Invitational. Only nine other PGA Tour events are older than this one, and all of those have changed locations since this tournament started at Colonial in 1946.

61 -- Is the course record held by Chad Campbell, Justin Leonard, Kenny Perry, Greg Kraft, Keith Clearwater and Lee Janzen.
