A year ago, Wesley Bryan was more known for his trick shots than his golf shots. Wesley and George Bryan got their pro careers jump-started by posting viral videos such as this one which pretty much every media outlet picked up. Both were grinding on smaller tours heading into this season.

Now, improbably, Wesley has accumulated three Web.com wins and gets his PGA Tour card for the rest of 2016. On Sunday, Wesley took the Digital Ally Open with birdies on his first two playoff holes over JT Poston and Grayson Murray. The win added to his collection of the Louisiana Open and El Bosque Mexico Championship earlier this year.

Here's his clinching putt.

Wesley is the only player in the last two years to win three times on the Web.com Tour and get the automatic graduation to the big leagues. It's unfortunate for him that it is coming so late in the year with just two regular season events left, but his PGA Tour card for the 2016-17 season has long been secure.

It's been a pretty amazing ride for Wesley and his wife Elizabeth, who flew in on Saturday night for the possible victory. Wesley shot 65-67 on the weekend to get into the playoff and secure a win.

Wesley and George both played at South Carolina but were on Golf Channels The Big Break last fall. From there, Wesley qualified for the Web.com Tour via Q-School. And now on to the PGA Tour. It's been quite a 12 months for the trick-shot artist-turned official PGA Tour player. One I think anyone can appreciate.
