Figueroa concentrating on A's

Oakland reliever Pedro Figueroa will not pitch for Team Dominican Republic in the World Baseball Classic, reports MLB.com Tuesday. Instead, Figueroa will concentrate on winning one of the open bullpen spots for the A's.
