McCoy signed a minor-league deal with the Blue Jays on Friday, MLB.com's Gregor Chisholm reports.
The 27-year-old lefty spent most of 2015 at Triple-A in the Orioles' organization, compiling a 4.18 ERA, 1.43 WHIP, and 36 strikeouts in 51.2 innings, so there does not appear to be much upside here.
