    D'Amigo was placed on waivers Sunday, Sabres' columnist Mike Harrington reports.D'Amigo played in nine regular season games for the Sabres last season, but failed to record any points. He then went on to play the majority of the year with AHL Rochester, where he played in 31 games and finished with six goals and 13 assists. If he ends up clearing waivers, the 24-year-old will likely head back to Rochester in an attempt to work his way back to the big league.
