Capitals' Cameron Schilling: Returns to Caps
Schilling inked a one-year, two-way deal with the Capitals on Saturday, Samantha Pell of The Washington Post reports.
Schilling began his NHL career with the Capitals and will continue to serve as a depth option following a five goal, 24-point campaign with AHL Manitoba during the 2019-20 season. The 32-year-old has just one assist in 10 games in his NHL career and is a non-factor for fantasy purposes.

Schilling has yet to get into an NHL game this season despite having served as a healthy scratch on eight occasions. Barring an additional blue line injury, the Indiana native is unlikely to suit up against the Bruins on Friday. If Schilling does get into a game for the Jets, Anthony Bitetto is the most likely candidate for the press box.

Since entering the league in 2011, Schilling has been activated for just six NHL games and hasn't notched a point yet.
