Biggs has been sent to AHL Wilkes-Barre, the Penguins' minor-league affiliate, Dave Molinari of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.Biggs was involved in a blockbuster trade with Toronto this past summer, which also saw stud forward Phil Kessel wind up in Pittsburgh.
