  • Canadiens' Max Friberg: Dealt to Montreal

The Ducks have traded Friberg to the Canadiens in exchange for goalie Dustin Tokarski.

Still, he's known as a fast and gritty winger with a strong work ethic. Friberg had a chance to showcase his offensive talent with AHL San Diego, notching five goals and 12 assists in 25 games this season. Now, he'll join Montreal's minor-league affiliate, the St. John's Ice Caps, per Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports.
