Stastney (upper body) is considered week-to-week, Robby Stanley of NHL.com reports.
Statsney was injured in the second period of Friday's Game 3 loss to the Canucks. He hasn't picked up a point through three playoff outings while posting one blocked shot and one shot on goal. Tyson Barrie or Dante Fabbro will replace Statsney in the lineup for Game 4 on Sunday.

Predators' Spencer Stastney: Ready to return
Stastney (upper body) will play Thursday versus the Coyotes, Zach Gilchriest of the Predators' official site reports.
Stastney will draw in after missing five games with the injury. The 24-year-old defenseman will take the place of Marc Del Gaizo, who was reassigned to AHL Milwaukee prior to the game. Stastney has one goal, six shots on net, 16 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating through 10 NHL appearances this season.

Stastney is considered week-to-week with an upper-body injury, the team announced Friday.
Stastney has played in just 10 NHL games this season, picking up one goal on six shots, two hits and four PIM. With Dante Fabbro (upper body) also unavailable, Tyson Barrie should be in the mix to get back into the lineup for the first time since Feb. 15 against Dallas.

Predators' Spencer Stastney: Appears injured in Wednesday's game
Stastney appeared to sustain an undisclosed injury in Wednesday's game versus the Jets, Nick Kieser of 102.5 ESPN Nashville reports.
Stastney was called up Tuesday to take the place of Dante Fabbro (upper body). With Stastney now also apparently dealing with an injury, the Predators' defense is once again running thin. Nashville may have to call up a blueliner or put Tyson Barrie in the lineup if Stastney can't play Saturday versus the Kraken.
