NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (AP) Justin Robinson had 21 points and 11 assists and made 4 of 6 from 3-point range Saturday night to help Monmouth beat Niagara 90-83.

The Hawks (13-5, 5-2 Metro) pulled away with an 8-0 run capped at 74-62 on Micah Seaborn's 3-point play with 5:52 to go. Kahlil Dukes cut the deficit to 88-83 on a 3-pointer with 33 seconds to go, but the Purple Eagles (5-13, 2-5) missed their final pair of 3-point attempts.

Pierre Sarr had a career-high 16 points, Seaborn added 15 points and Chris Brady had a career-high six blocks for Monmouth.

Dukes set career highs with seven 3-pointers and 27 points for Niagara. Matt Scott and Marvin Prochet added 13 points each, Chris Barton scored 12 and Dominic Robb 11.

Niagara led by as many as eight in the first half before Monmouth went in front with the game's only lead change at 27-26.
