Duke's Grayson Allen has thrown down some fun slams this season. He's one of the more authoritative dunkers in college hoops, and that's what makes him fun to watch.

On Saturday against Virginia Tech, Allen did it again. Near the end of the first half, the Blue Devils got a fast-break opportunity in a game that was pretty much already out of hand. Derryck Thornton grabbed a rebound and ran down the floor, and found Allen filling the lane at the foul line. This is the final result:

Look at how Virginia Tech's Devin Wilson saw this one coming. He knew that he was going to end up on a poster, so he just slinked away as Allen rose up. Probably not something Buzz Williams will be pleased with in his short-term future, but it might have been the right decision for his long-term goal of not ending up on a poster.

Allen dunks are so fun simply because of the disregard he has both his own safety and the safety of the rim. He's going to rise up on you, not worry about what the effect is going to be on where he lands or how hard he slams his hands on the rim, and put it through with authority.

Duke is leading at halftime 50-23, and hopefully we'll get to see many more Allen dunks throughout the rest of this game and the season.
