Michigan's extension into the state of Florida will reportedly continue with the addition of a state title-winning head coach.

247Sports' Ryan Bartow is reporting that former Florida State standout and NFL player Devin Bush Sr., more recently the coach at Flanagan High School in Pembroke Pines, Florida, who just won the 8A state championship, has been hired by the Wolverinesas a defensive analyst.

Bush's son, four-star linebacker Devin Bush Jr., was one of three Flanagan players signed by Michigan in the last recruiting cycle. The signee is already on campus as an early enrollee.

Harbaugh hiring Bush in this way is not an uncommon move, and it's an opportunity that many coaches have used to rise to prominence. But it's also worth noting the impact this now-consummated relationship had on the recruiting trail.

Plus, now Jim Harbaugh not only has a spring break camp in Bradenton, Florida, but a coach on staff that has deep ties to the state.
