TCU defensive end Stansly Maponga will forgo his final year of eligibility to enter this spring's NFL Draft. Maponga made the announcement via his Twitter account Monday night.

"I've decided to enter the 2013 NFL Draft," tweeted Maponga. "Thanks for three great years at TCU. I'll always have y'all in my heart."

Maponga was limited by injuries throughout the 2012 season, though that didn't stop him from being named first-team All-Big 12 this season. He finished the year with 6.5 tackles for loss, four sacks and two forced fumbles in only 11 games.

However, 2011 is when Maponga burst onto the scene. He finished that season with 55 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, nine sacks and five forced fumbles.
