Yale knocked off Army in overtime on Saturday, marking the program's first win against an FBS opponent and the first for the Ivy League against FBS competition since 1986 when Penn beat Navy. The 49-43 upset was the first meeting since 1996 in a rivalry that dates back 121 years.

With a missed Army field goal setting the stage, Yale ended the game on its first possession of overtime. Tyler Varga was wildly productive in the victory, pacing the offense with 185 yards and five touchdowns on 25 carries. When it was time to win the game at the goal line, Varga got the call and delivered.
