Blue Jays' Ramon Santiago injures collarbone in diving catch

Blue Jays second baseman Ramon Santiago left Sunday's game with an injured collarbone. 

Santiago suffered the injury on a diving catch that ended the first inning. He was taken to a nearby hospital for X-rays, according to MLB.com's Mark Bowman.
