Braves' Cameron Maybin (eye) cleared for return, but remains out

Braves outfielder Cameron Maybin is out of the starting lineup again for Tuesday's series opener against the Blue Jays. Maybin has now missed nine straight starts due to a corneal abrasion.

Maybin has been cleared to return to action. But Michael Bourn is starting in center field because he is 5 for 11 lifetime against Jays starter Mark Buehrle. Maybin is expected to return to the lineup on Wednesday.
