The Brewers announced Monday they selected the contract of reliever Jeremy Jeffress from Triple-A Nashville. To clear a spot on the active roster, Rob Wooten was optioned to Nashville.
To make room on the 40-man roster, Jim Henderson (shoulder) was transferred from the 15-day to 60-day disabled list.
