Eric Thames ready to resume swinging

Orioles newly-acquired outfielder Eric Thames, who is with Triple-A Norfolk but has a hand injury, will resume swinging a bat Sunday, MASNSports.com reports. 

Thames is coming back from a fractured left hand. He was acquired as outfield depth for the Baltimore organization from the Mariners.
