Buster Posey was a late scratch the Giants' lineup on Tuesday, CSN Bay Area's Alex Pavlovic reports.
He was apparently on the field testing something, and obviously did not get the results he was looking for. His status will be updated when the team offers an explanation for the late removal of Posey from the lineup. Ehire Adrianza will get the rare start at first base Tuesday.
