Giants manager Bruce Bochy said Wednesday that using first baseman Brett Pill in left field "might be an option," MLB.com reports.
"It's difficult to get him out there, the way [Brandon] Belt's playing," Bochy added.
Pill has hit .234/.245/.404 with two home runs and seven RBI in 47 at-bats with the Giants and .344/.379/.630 with 18 home runs and 79 RBI in 276 at-bats with Triple-A Fresno.
